Returns & Exchanges
At Ola Réve we strive to ensure the quality of our product is of the highest standard and handpick each product in the hope that every customer is happy with their order. However, we understand that sometimes this is not the case, therefore, we allow up to 30 days for items to be returned/exchanged from the date of delivery.
If there is a fault with your item, or you are not happy with it for whatever reason we sincerely apologise and kindly ask that you contact us at support@olareve.com and we will do our upmost to help resolve this.
Please note - Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Wish to Return an order?
To request a refund please email us at support@olareve.com and include the word “Refund” in the subject line. Please also include a photo as this will help speed up the process. You will then receive an email detailing the next steps.
Refunds will be issued into the account used at purchase and usually processed within 7 working days however this may vary during busy periods.
Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels therefore you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the order.
Please note we retain the right to refuse refund particularly if any items returned are damaged.
Wish to exchange?
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery date.
Please contact us at support@olareve.com and include “Exchange” in the subject line. You will then receive an email detailing the next steps. Please also include a product code or photo of the item you wish to exchange for as this will depend on stock at time of request.
Please note we retain the right to refuse exchange at any time.
