How do I take care of my Jewellery?
Our pieces are made from stainless steel and PVD 18K Gold Plating which provides the assurance that they are durable, tarnish free and water resistant.
With proper care your jewellery can remain beautiful for years to come. While you can shower, sweat and continuously wear our pieces, over time this will impact the integrity of the peieces. Only solid gold is waterproof, so all gold plated jewellery will be impacted over time with exposure to water and other elements such as perfumes.
To extend the life of your jewellery limit exposure to such elements and use a micro-fiber cloth or cotton pad to wipe down after wearing. Clean with a mild liquid soap and store them carefully in your Ola Réve puche or box when your not wearing them.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
All of our orders come in our Ola Réve branded gift box. When placing multiple orders we may put more than on item in a box. If a specific item within your order if a gift, please email us at support@olareve.com to let us know to ensure we package this seperately.
How do I return an item?
All orders are subject to a 30 day return policy. Please email us at support@olareve.com and note in the subject line "Refund". You will recieve an email with further details regarding next steps.
